Jon has over 13 years of experience within the adult social care sector, beginning his career as a care worker and progressing into senior leadership roles. His frontline experience has shaped a strong understanding of the realities of care delivery and the importance of supporting both clients and staff.
As Managing Director and Nominated Individual for Your Care Plus, Jon holds overall responsibility for the leadership, governance and strategic direction of the organisation.
He ensures the service operates in line with Care Quality Commission regulations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality and person centred care across all areas of the business.

Maria
Head of care
Maria is the Head of Care at Your Care Plus and is responsible for overseeing the day to day delivery of care services. She ensures that every member of the care team is well supported, professionally guided and equipped to provide safe, compassionate and high quality care to our service users.
With over ten years of experience within the care sector, Maria brings extensive knowledge, strong leadership and a genuine passion for supporting people to live independently in their own homes. Care is deeply personal to Maria, and she is committed to building trusting relationships with both service users and staff.
