Jon has over 13 years of experience within the adult social care sector, beginning his career as a care worker and progressing into senior leadership roles. His frontline experience has shaped a strong understanding of the realities of care delivery and the importance of supporting both clients and staff.
As Managing Director and Nominated Individual for Your Care Plus, Jon holds overall responsibility for the leadership, governance and strategic direction of the organisation.
He ensures the service operates in line with Care Quality Commission regulations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality and person centred care across all areas of the business.

Nathan has over 9 years of experience working within healthcare, building strong clinical and operational knowledge across a range of care settings.

effectively and in line with regulatory standards.
Nathan’s clinical background supports a practical and person centred approach, helping to ensure that operational decisions remain focused on delivering compassionate, safe and high quality care.

Jordan plays a key role in coordinating care services at Your Care Plus, ensuring visits are planned effectively and support is delivered reliably and safely.
Working closely with clients, families and care staff, Jordan helps to match individuals with the right carers while maintaining continuity and quality of care.
Jordan supports the day to day organisation of schedules, communication and care planning, helping to ensure services run smoothly and that the needs of the people we support remain at the centre of everything we do.
