Hourly home care offers flexible, personalised support designed around your daily routine, helping you remain safe, comfortable and independent in your own home. At Your Care Plus, our care visits are tailored to each individual, providing reassurance and practical support exactly when it is needed. Our hourly care services start from £28 per hour, with a minimum visit time of one hour. This ensures that care is never rushed and allows our carers the time to provide meaningful support while building trusted relationships. Support can be arranged from as little as one hour per day through to multiple visits throughout the day, depending on individual needs. We can assist with a wide range of daily tasks, including personal care such as washing, dressing and medication support, preparing fresh home cooked meals, companionship, and help with household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry and shopping. Our aim is to support people to maintain their independence while continuing to enjoy the comfort and familiarity of home. Every care package begins with a personalised assessment so we can understand preferences, routines and outcomes that matter most. Care is then delivered by fully trained, carefully selected carers who are supported by our local management team to ensure consistent, high quality support. Hourly home care provides a flexible alternative to residential care, enabling people to receive the right level of support while continuing to live life on their own terms at home.
