Live in care provides dedicated, one to one support within the comfort and familiarity of your own home. At Your Care Plus, a carefully matched professional carer lives with you to provide personalised care, companionship and reassurance day and night, allowing you to remain independent while receiving the support you need. Our live in care service is designed to help people continue living safely at home rather than moving into residential care. Remaining in familiar surroundings often supports emotional wellbeing, confidence and routine, while enabling individuals to stay close to family, friends and their local community. Support is tailored entirely around each person and may include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, mobility assistance, companionship, household tasks and help attending appointments or social activities. Care is flexible and evolves as needs change, ensuring continuity and stability over time. Live in care with Your Care Plus is priced from £1,450 per week. When compared with many care homes, live in care offers excellent value, particularly for couples who wish to remain together at home. Unlike residential settings where care is shared between many residents, live in care provides consistent one to one support delivered at a pace that suits you. Our carers are carefully recruited, fully trained and supported by our local management team, ensuring safe, high quality care that reflects how we would want our own loved ones to be supported.
